I get a message that asks to transfer to Public Mobile but I'm already with public mobile for more than 2 years,
So what is wrong
//// Message Below //////
We’re so happy to have you with Public Mobile. All that’s left for you
to do is transfer your number <***>***over.
There’s a 2-factor authentication process involved, so you’ll just need
to respond to an authentication SMS sent by your previous provider.
Please Help me

Thanks for everyone, I get a reply from the support team that told me, to disregard the message as there was no outgoing or incoming port request and it was sent by the system, in error.

It is probably a glitch of TELUS/PM system - the same message PM sent you two years ago.
To be sure - check your account; if it is active and secure (adding a 2-factor authentication if you are not using one), there is nothing to worry about it.
To be extra sure - contact CS_Agent inquiring about the message.

I think it's better to be safe than sorry.
A Public Mobile, Customer Support Agent is your friend in a situation like this.
I would contact them if I were you.

@gayad I see it more a glitch than spam.
But if you want to be safe, just open ticket with PM support to confirm no one requested porting into your account and your account not compromised

If you really want to make sure if it's real or not or if you're account is safe,
Either send a private message to CS_Agent or use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket.
Then you can ask a PM CSA about the message and your account.

was the message an email or text?
is the phone number on the message your number or a unknown number to you?
