Hello, I had a legacy account with Unlimited Canada Wide Calls. I went to use my cell phone and it was not able to make calls out. I have been a customer with Public Mobile from August 11, 2011 and this is the first time that the unlimited call were not that. Looking at your website for the 3 shows no limit on the calls and I am only making these in Ontario not any other provinces.
Plus with the legacy plans expiring at the end of May and rewards being changed in points. I was unable to get online to submit a question last night

And you have another phone around? test the sim card there
also try calling with a 1 in front of the 10 digits and also try calling with just the 10 digits
Try calling different numbers to test
