Hi everyone,
I just joined Public Mobile because of it's great promotion. I was able to port my number successfullly from Wind.
My problem is that I can't seem to remain connected to LTE...I can only get up to 3G.
My understanding is that Wind blocks the LTE settings in your phone and I can't seem to get them back.
I have already tried some fixes from the community but they do not seem to work consistently:
-tried the *#2263# (fixes it temporarily)
-my APN settings are the exact same as recommended
Could I please get some assistance?

Hi @heyalex
It looks like you might have to do this to enable LTE but you should back up your phone as it will erase the phone.

If you notice this when making calls here is the explanation: LTE to 3G
It may be related to location; I get this effect as I walk from one end of the house to the other.
