A family member is in the states (with a US plan) and they got a popup that said that LTE calls has been disabled on their account and when trying to call them calls go straight to voicemail. Why does this happen?
@golfball If they're still having problems with calls because of this they could try connecting to 2G on T-Mobile. In Canada we have 3G to fall back on but not in the US.
