I truly hope that I am totally wrong, but I totally doubt it. It would be quite a surprise if 3G plans were to be replaced.

In the future? Maybe.
Soon? Very doubtful, though admittedly, I'm guessing. Public Mobile has never offer that amount of data in a 30 day plan, not even on a "3g" plan. They"ve also de-emphasized the current LTE offerings.

Doubt it, not their business model. If that's your need and you live in a Freedom service area, you won't beat them. If not, Koodo is probably your best bet (and keeps you on the same network if you're happy with the coverage).

Only if Telus want to migrate you to Koodo. That's what they did last year with the $40/8GB incentive plan.
