If you haven't activated yet fully you will need to do so.
Porting Out from Public Mobile? Porting into Public Mobile from Koodo Prepaid?
You will need to see the SMS for approval but if you cannot use SMS please contact CS_Agent to re-provision SIM:

If you lost Koodo SIM and cannot reply YES to port into Public Mobile please contact Koodo here: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help
Also Koodo SMS will not come in on Public Mobile SIM card. You will need a Koodo SIM to receive Koodo Specific SMS, other than offers not delivered by 611.
