Me and my husband use the same Fido account. We both switched to PM, at least we tried. But our numbers failed to transfer and all messed up. I end up getting my husband number. And he ends up getting an unrecognized number. But he can still get calls and message while I don’t receive anything. Please someone please fix it!

i think you weren't aware with PM, you need 2 different email addresses to setup 2 accounts.  You need PM to sort it out.  You won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
