I signed up with an eSIM and am transferring from Bell. I didn’t complete the QR step when I did this two days ago and it doesn’t appear to work now. How can I get a new QR code to complete the transfer?

Then you will likely need customer service agent help. Either click on the chat icon on right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help. It will usually take a few hours for response.

I tried to activate now but I get a message that it is unable to activate

I did receive an email on Thursday, but didn’t notice the QR code at that time. It seems to have expired

Did you receive an email from Public mobile with a QR code for eSIM? If you did, scan the QR code from email,
If not, then check your phone setting just to make sure that eSIM was not activated anyways.
