Porting failed with a message to contact support. Old Koodo sim can still send/receive calls but has no data while PM sim has data and can make but not receive calls.

Hey I have the exact same problem, sent in support ticket request last Thursday Nov 10, still no reply back, then I PM a moderator, havent heard back, my Koodo is still working, but I am basically pay two bills, I don't know why its such a mess to port over Koodo number.
