@Sean_ralph : They used to have some kiosks in some malls. They were like bicycles. You could even use the pedals to charge your phone. Obviously gimmicky but a fun idea. I don't know if they're still around. But no they were only sales, not support. So are all the vendors. The only support is through here for many questions and to the moderators (customer service representatives) for internal account issues.
Public mobile did have a few of their own Kiosks in major cities across Canada. However, due to Covid restrictions, the kiosks were closed. I do not believe that the PM kiosks are open at the present time. (At least, the Edmonton kiosk is not showing in store finder)
