Keep getting a busy signal when I make an international call to Portugal

I have plenty of International minutes, but I keep getting a busy signal when

I try to make a call.  I even tried having my wife cal the same number on her public mobile account and it always goes through.

Any suggestions?

dial IAC + CC + Local Number.

Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn't work, try resetting your network settings and then reboot. Public Mobile is a fickle provider. If you're still having issues calling there, create a ticket with the orange bubble down in the right corner.

@CAMor  have you called this particular number before? Maybe they changed their number?

And you have minutes remaining I'm sure?

Try to restart your phone and see if that might help.

how you make the call?? common mistake is the 0, drop the 0 on front of the area code
