Just signed up but used wrong address

I just subscribed by I had the wrong address. How do I change this before it ships?

When I go to My Account, it wants me to activate and I have no other options.

best to just order a PM sim from Amazon for under $5 with FAST delivery. It could take as much as 3 weeks for delivery if ordered from Public Mobile. If there's a Mobile Klinik in your area...they have the PM sims as well.

Address does not matter to PM. They will never write you nor send you any gifts.

If it is regarding receiving SIM then open a ticket and agent will assist you.

SENDING private message WILL NOT make agent's response faster. It will be way slower as there is no tracking number of your incident... Just be patient and open a ticket.

Depending on how busy they are it can take a few hours for them to respond. Keep checking your inbox (upper right corner there should be an envelop icon)

Tried that - and no one is ever available. I've been trying since I signed up this morning.

@Msmith24 if you are referring to getting a SIM card in the mail you will need to contact a CS agent by clicking on the orange round circle in the bottom right of your screen, or you can open a ticket through the Chatbot:
