Hahahahaahha @Chalupa_Batman no worries this is error messages as @HALIMACS mentioned also notice it says points balance zero is also a good indication this is just wrong hahahahaha but man what a shock the first time customers see this I think @HALIMACS nearly $hit is pants first time he got it LOL

@Chalupa_Batman you're right the email is probably irrelevant. Just something to entice the 'not so knowing customer' perhaps into switching to points.
You have to agree to the terms and conditions to convert to public points, if you didn't do that they don't worry you are not just switched (at least this is how I currently know how it to be).

I, too, get that erroneous e-mail. I've gotten it about 4 times in the past year. So has another user in the household.
It's annoying - ya learn to ignore it.

Well for now it seems I'm still on Legacy. Not sure if it would show right away on the system or show on the next cycle. Guess time will tell.
But to the point, another "Misstep" made by Public Mobile. It's like Shaggy and Scooby Doo are running things at Public Mobile. LOL
