Two payments for June 2023 have been charged on my ‘registered payment method’. My credit card statement shows a payment on June 5th and June 6th to Public Mobile, however, my ‘Payment History’ confirms payments were made on June 5th and June 6th, 2023, but no funds have been added to my account. There is zero balance.
Please help me understand what has happened and adjust my account so I have service this month, thanks. @CS_Agent Edit:

again, you can login My Account? Try again using Incognito mode. Does it show your plan cycle date? or you see it showing Subscription ON HOLD? You said Payment history shows the 2 payments? do you mind to post a screenshot?

No services are not working. Is there a customer service agent? No one payment is the total of a months service. Was I suppose to do an immediate plan change? I have spoken to Mastercard and am attempting to retrieve a payment. I am seeking an answer and a solution. I would like my account topped up with the funds that were accepted for service. What do I do next?

Are your services working? Did both payments total up to your plan cost? Did you do an immediate plan change?
