I set up the account on the app but it is not showing me my current account, it just shows the new plans to pick.  I don't want to change my existing plan, how do I overcome this screen and get to my account?

@Teets first time login via the app and setup the EverSafe OD? there is a chance it has not link to your existing account yet.  Please message support and provide them your phone number and ask them to properly link your current login with your My Account on this new EverSafe login system

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
