hi @SilkESL possible. But you need to ask support agent to help. Probably you need to validate you are the account owner for all 3 accounts

I had 3 different sim cards in the past and wanted to know if i can pull historical invoices.

Unfortunately, Public Mobile is unable to create invoices past 12 months. This is not possible on their system. If you wish to get invoices for the last 12 months, you can click on the bottom right corner chat bot and use the term Customer Service Agent. And follow from there.

I believe you will need to contact CS_agent to get invoices that are not available through the app or website. Try clicking on the orange circle on the bottom right corner to send a message
