Hi I am knew here at PM ,when I create my account and doing the subscription its suddenly hang them when I check the credit card that I use it's been double chargand this is the proof.

@Nickki sound like your could have activated twice and created a "ghost" account.  Other than have PM to arrange refund, please make sure they confirm and delete the golhost account or you will keep charged twice.

 please open ticket with PM support by messaging them directly:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Log into your self service account and see if there is a credit in your account balance. If yes, leave it there and it will be used automatically on your next renewal date.
