I redeemed the 25 point deal but my account has not been activated to allow me to use my deal

What is the 25 point deal?  Is that the $25 plan or the US roaming plan?  Could be you need to clear your cookies and use incognito browser to see current information or even rebooting if you just got a new activation done.
