it won't let you change to any plan at all? what error you got?
what plan options do you see when you go to Change Subscription page?
try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and the app and see if it works

@Spooky If your using the website try the app instead or vise versa , also note we can only change to the plans that are available to us in our accounts despite what we see on the website. And it’s best to use the change on renewal option and not immediately or you lose $ on your current cycle and start new 30 day plan right away
