It's the 13th....is it Friday the 13th...or the 13th of July when PM introduced a new web site!!

You betcha.  Another roll out of an untested web design. 

Log in to my rewards.....white screen

Log in to my account..pulsates and pulsates some more. 

Any one else have issues tot add to the list? 

Also still needs TWO logins .... one for My Account....and one for My Rewards.

@CountyDownIeUk   PM is never Apple friendly.  I remember My Rewards had issue with iPad or Safari , too

Don’t get me wrong I see some good new additions. 

 

BUT 

Some requested additions were carelessly overlooked. 

AND lots of information lost. 

 

 

How about some summary pages that are copy and paste able to excel for:

Add ons purchased including freebies 

Usage snapshot. 

Referal  Numbers (is there)

Did I just lose a day of paid service!!!

Today is my billing date July 13 2022

My Account shows Current Plan Cycle: Jul 12, 2022 - Aug 11, 2022

Normally it would have said July 13, 2022 - August 12, 2022

This just a new way of saying that the day after is when you need to pay???

 

My last billing on payment date of Jun 13 2022 - And My Account said Payment Due Before July 13 2022

 

So we have lost when our next payment is due??? In our My Account?

As per pic above, do we still have on the $15 plan, unlimited inbound?? My Account used to confirm that in a couple of spots. But does continue  to show "unlimited" texts. 

 

I don't think that PM realizes with what you have taken away...that some of us actually read and used this information.  We are the ones that can read and do read and not bother with a bunch of questions. I have 3 accounts that are all now in jeopardy!!!

Yeah I’m having the same issue. I just try to login, and when I get in I get to the splash page that you can’t click the button at the bottom, As you cant scroll all the way down and trying to click the button just presses that little line to switch apps. 

 

I’m on an iPhone 12 mini.

I only need to use MY Account once a month and today is it..what a (&*%^(* mess.

My first login this morning I had a few internal server errors where widgets were.  I browsed around and logged out.  Returned again 15 mins later and all the "glitches" were gone.  I checked over all my settings and plan info and looked to be good!  I especially like how 2FA is now turned on with choice of email or SMS sending...bravo!

 

The new site has dramatically increased the ease and simplicity of buying add-on's.  No more manually topping up and then picking the add-on.  It's now shop for add-on, go to check out, pick your payment method and done!  

 

Give it some time as others suggested.

Not that I know diddly about 3G and 4. 

Does the introduction of 4G now jeopardize the 3G plans forcing us into higher priced plans (and allow to phase out lower priced plans)?

Yes! I noticed this too!! Seems kind of inefficient for its users!! They should be making it more user friendly instead of less!!

Who knew there was a new design as of today? I sure didn't. NOT impressed.....cuz it does not work.

@CountyDownIeUk The new self-serve portal is actually tested. Know that there is a huge amount of traffic as most people try to check it out. Just be patient, it will be fine when not many people are accessing it at the same time. Try using incognito/private browsing mode to avoid any cache or session issues.

If using a laptop...try using Firefox. It's a new design alright and will take some getting used to. 😎
