Data Add on not working

I just purchased a data add-on to my plan. However, it has not kicked in yet. Does it apply immediately or do I have to wait for sometime. I bought the add-on online in my Public account. I urgently need data for tomorrow. Any support/assistance is appreciated.

Thank you for the suggestion. It was the data limit setting in my phone. It works now.

My data for the month expired this morning. That's why I purchased the add-on. I read in other posts as well that it should kick in immediately. However, the data isn't working in my phone. I see the add on 0.99 GB left still in my online account.

did you reboot your phone?

Login to My account and see if the add-on you purchased is there

 

And, you have any data limit set on your phone ?  Android has that and it will stop any data consumption once the limit is hit.  If you have that, please disable it

you purchased a data add-on in canada or USA.

Data add-ons should work immeditely after purchase. Was data working before?
