It's not letting me pay. I tried everything! Can't talk to anyone and now phone is suspended, help.

If you haven't heard from support yet then go to recharge.com and buy a voucher. They also take Paypal. Then they email you the code. Dial 611 and enter it in. Your services will reactivate. Then you can take you time figuring out the card problem while having active service.

Otherwise manually top up the difference between your available funds and your plan amount to reactivate your service.

If you account balance covers your payment plus taxes....contact a CSA.

Wait one full hour then try again. You only get two attempts to add funds per hour before getting an error message. How many times have you attempted to pay either online or thru 611?

If you do not know your 4 digit account pin # to pay with the credit card on file then purchase a pm voucher and add it it thru 611 on your phone. See this post....

Does your phone still work?
Is auto pay in place? And or do you have a balance to cover your payment?

Please wait an hour and try again. Maybe try using Private or Incognito mode
If it still fails, and you need it quick, you can get a voucher from stores, preferably from Shoppes drug mart , and load the voucher using *611
and also, open ticket with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
