Hello,
I ordered your SIM (it was going almost 3 weeks).
Now I purchased and already paid a monthly subscription,
but it is not possible to active SIM because I can not download your app.
It is basically show me ,,this service is not available in your country´´.
I am in Canada, Revelstoke BC, I came from Czech but now I live here.
I have GPS on. Do not know how to solve this. In Revelstoke I do not know about
any service point of Public Phone.
Can you provide me any other way how to make it alive?

HI @MoNinaM subscribe means activate
if you subscribed now, it means you activated an account. So, you don't really need the app. The app is good, but you can check everything online
So, you see PM charged you on your credit card? put the PM sim in a phone, it works?

what is ,,sideload the app?
I restarted telephone many times, gps is on...

@MoNinaM Apple App shop has region restricted. If you can change your setting of region, You should download the app. I hope it can help.

@MoNinaM - how long ago did you purchase and already paid for a plan?
If you mean, just today, and you could not complete the activation, ask Public for help (we are all customers here !)

@MoNinaM if you are NOT trying to activate $15 or $25 plan (ie, you are activating 4G or 5G plan), you can activate online, on the browser

pick a plan and click Subscribe online and follow the steps to activate

HI @MoNinaM yes, the app is only available for Canada app store
are you using iPhone or Android? If android, try to sideload the app
