@Pammy You can start this process yourself through the my account portal. Select profile, transfer phone number and follow the prompts. You should enter your phone number, carrier. Keep the old SIM in your phone and you should get a text from sasktel if you want to port you number. Answer the text and the process should get started. You can put in the PM SIM and see if you get notification when port is done. Periodically try calling in/out to the phone and test text messaging.

you meant porting request? if it s about porting from Sasktel, I will send you a number to porting support team. Call them and they can send the request to Sasktel again
