Issues receiving promotion

Hi, there is a current promotio of 5$ off for 8 months, so I ordered my sim card and activated my account today. However, the plan still shows up as 15$/month, and not 10$/month. I know it said that it will take 30 days for the first rebate to be credited, but it does not show in my plan details or anywhere in my account. I am just scared I will not receive the 5$ off promotion. What do I do?

In other words, your plan will always show the full original price and any credits will show up in your payment history...$2 for AutoPay rewards if you are signed up and $5 for the promo, typically posted the day of your renewals, though sometimes earlier, depending on the promo and rules that were announced.

Just watch your Payment History in Self-Serve to see those credits when they come due.

The promo doesn't actually alter your plan, how they do it is that they credit your account with the amount so that you have to pay 5 less.

If you are on autopay you probably noticed that your account balance is $2, and your plan is not 13 or 23 butt actually 15 or 25.

Your account will not shown any indication of this, nor did you have to anything special during the activation. The credits will be placed into your account balance automatically.

Up to 30 days as per terms of promotion.

• This offer is availble for a limited time as of January 20th 2020 12:00AM ET 
• Eligible customers will receive a credit for months 2-9, then resume paying full price from month 10 and onwards. Credit is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
• The first credit will be applied to all eligible accounts within 30 days of activation. Remaining credits will be applied prior to each renewal date.
• You will also be able to see the credits you’ve received by logging in to Self-Serve.
• If you switch your rate plan, OR fall into a suspend or inactive state while on the promotion, you will no longer be eligible for this promotion.

@melly666 You will receive the first $5 in your account within 30 days . And the promotion will be applied in months 2 to 9. Providing you don't switch plans and your account is in good standing for the promotional period.

@melly666 Don't worry, you will receive your 5$ off within 30 days, and you have them for 2nd-9th months of service.
