Anyone I cant seem to port my Koodo Prepaid number to my new PM account. I keep getting an error that my number is not available for porting. Help please.

If it's for a Koodo prepaid account phone number, it's a result in a clash betwen both the Koodo and Public Mobile systems that are closely linked together in some way or another. Public Mobile has not fixed this either because it can't, haven't found the source of this issue, it would be timely or costly to do, or maybe because they just haven't gotten around to it. I wouldn't really call the process complicated, just that you can't proceed with the transfer request request by yourself.

its such a pain to port a number when you have Koodo number. why not automate it it would make it user/customer friendly rather than contacting a forum moderator.

Make sure that you have your Koodo account number ready to provide to the moderator. Don't bother with IMEI or Koodo account PIN.

@Dongsam to port a Koodo prepaid you need to contact a moderator. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one. (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

Koode prepaid ports require the moderators.
