Hello,
Since porting over from the flash sale, I've had a few things wrong after the port. I needed to open a ticket to help to get the number ported which I assume because of this flash sale is causing massive backlogs and provisioning errors. My number is now ported over but I am still having 2 issues.
1. RCS chat is giving me a Status Code of 3101 "Please try again later, verification limit exceeded". It is now showing my proper phone number but I can't get it to register on the service. How can I fix this?
2. My voicemail is not provisioned properly. Pushing and holding 1 does not dial my voicemail, it actually doesn't do anything anymore. I managed to get into my voicemail by calling my own number but would like the shortcut to work. Can I get my voicemail reprovisioned?

1. try back after 24 hours
2. you will need to ask PM to reset the VM on the system , but they are very slow in replying ticket due to the 50% deals. So, ask them help later if you can wait

Porting is done, number rings.
1. Uninstall Google Messages doesn't help, tried that as basic troubleshooting to begin. When I reinstall, the issue is still the same.
2. For voicemail options I can't specify a phone number. My only option is "My carrier" and I can't type a number. My research is telling me this is can fixed with reprovisioning of voicemail by Public. My name recording can go if it just resets everything again, no problem rerecording.

you sure porting was done? try calling yourself
1. this is issue with Google. Try uninstall Google Message, reboot phone and reinstall
2. Try Reset network settings. If not, go to dialer, settings, and look for Voicemail option to setup the voicmail phone number manually. Use one of the phone number here:
