Hi There, I purchased the US Data Add-on yesterday and it doest seem to be working - while im currently in the US. I've tried to trouble shoot it using the instructions but it still doesnt work. Also I tried submitting a ticket through your site and it also doesnt work. This is really limiting my ability to function in the US. I need support with thiis ASAP. What are next steps?

is it data not working or voice?
and do you see it connected to T-Mobile or AT&T? try to connect both of them and see which one works
make sure you have roaming data enabled on your phone. Also, try connect to 4G or LTE and not 5G

make sure Data Roaming is enabled in phones settings.

Confirm the Roaming settings is enabled then manually connect to the AT&T or T-Mobile network in your Cellular phone settings.
