I deleted my eSIMs card accidentally and I had to change phones, and also changed providers: therefore, please release my phone number of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to Telus Mobility. Thanks so much.

Since you are moving over to Telus, just talk to their rep and show them the QR code in your email. They might be able to help you port your number over.
