Does Public Mobile offer discounts for accessibility/ disabled?

i am pretty sure only the Big 3 (Rogers/Bell/Telus) has that offer, those Tier 2 and 3 like Koodo and PM do not have that offer.

Sorry no discount for disability members but Telus subsidized offers discounts for seniors.
