Issue with phone call and text

Hello,

I have two numbers that are not working for text and call for approx. 3 months even though the plan said I should be able to text and call. I would also like to request a  rebate for these 3 months as my service was not working those 3 months and I am still paying for the plan with no service.

Any help to this would be appreciated.

Log in to your account using Incognito mode. Is the plan still showing as Active ?

Will your phone ring if someone calls your number ?

I'm sure you've already tried this but...turn phone off for a few minutes...then restart.

Let us know when you get it sorted.

Wow that a long time to wait to bring this to PM attention.

PM would have looked into you issue and have it corrected when you noticed no service.

PM is a prepaid service so not sure if they will refund for non-service but worth a try.

Can you login to the accounts? Do they show as active? What make and model of phone are these phones (or if dual-sim which make and model).

Have you only been here 3 months? Is it all texting both in and out? Calls both in and out? Does your data work when not on wifi?

When was the last time you paid?
