Issue with making and receiving calls and txts

since the switch to this app I’ve been unable to make or receive txts or calls I’ve been locked out of my account for 3 days so any ticket I submitted has been closed and now I can’t submit a ticket it keeps saying error xxx 

has anyone had/have this problem

You switched to APP or PM as provider???????

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
If you have created a ticked agent will DEFINITELY respond.
