Issue reaching toll free number.

I cannot reach the BC Ferry toll free number using public mobile. I get a message "5b1 this number is not equiped for incoming calls."  I contacted BC Ferries, and they've advised they've determined its only Public Mobile customers encountering this issue.  Their number is 1-888-223-3779.

It has been reported before,

I am unable to call this number also.  Calling from Alberta.

Might want to send message to CSA to get them to potentially fix the issue for future calls.

Very strange.  I've been getting the same message since yesterday. Thanks for checking.

I tried this number, and while I did hear an error message, I suspect that it might not be specific only to Public Mobile customers. I say that because the error message is read out using the standard pre-recorded operatior voicer rather than the Public Mobile voice.  Telus and Koodo customers could also be affected by this.  For now, I would suggest that customers call the local number for BC Ferriers.  To get this corrected, a ticket will need to be opened using the chatbot:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
