I'm attempting to transfer my number to Public, but seem to have entered the wrong IMEI number when initiating. I got a text from Public stating this and that an agent would contact me but have not heard from them. In the meantime, I've attempted to open a ticket unsuccessfully, but sent a message to cs_agent. Can someone DM me the port team number so I can contact them to re-trigger the port?

@Hartlin Best to ignore IMEI and just use old providers account number . No worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message . Call them and they can re trigger the port request for you
