 with this plan does it include using in the US or do you have to buy additional roaming

for best talk-ability, make sure you have a volte enabled cellphone that's on the PM whitelist of volte enabled cellphones. Without this you won't have talk in US using your Public Mobile Canada / US plan. Data and messaging will work fine....it's just volte that's required for talk while in US.

@Cone  this plan will work for both countries.  Calling, texts,  data. There is no need to buy additional roaming.
