(1) Have they taken away our choice to disable pre-authorized payments?
(2) Also why do we not have the choice to delete our personal credit card info?

I would think that you could remove your payment method after you opt out of automatic withdrawal.

1. The choice to disable is there, please go to Payment page, update payment method and then you can disable there
2. your choice to delete the card is to open ticket with PM CS Agent. It cannot be removed because " your payment method will be kept on file to be used for future payments"

Yes, you can switch autopay on and off at will. Right part of the screen...
To remove credit card from your account you have to talk to agent. We cannot do that anymore by ourselves.

There's a slider switch toggle on the payment page to turn off pre-authorized payments.
No we can't fully remove a credit card ourselves anymore. Apparently the support people can. But you can put in an empty (or valid) visa gift card and not have your real credit card attached.

Log in to your account / Payment / Manage Payment Method ...then toggle OFF the autopay button.
