Is the Public Mobile website not working properly?

  1. I can't seem to access my account. Whenever I enter my information and hit "sign in" the website takes me right back to the sign in page. Anyone else experiencing this?

I am having a similar issue trying to order a new sim. I login the first time just fine but then when I go to order it sends me down an infinite loop of trying to log in again instead of processing order. I also get a lot of error codes trying to navigate the website.

 I tried to access on my PC and my laptop.  I was able to login on my phone.  Weird.  At least I'm in.

I am having the same issue - and have been since last night.  I tried clearing cache and incognito and keep getting same message which is the page is not available or undergoing maintenance.  Maintenance shouldn't take this long?

No issues with web site.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.

Try clearing cache, close and relaunch browser

 

or easier way is to use Incognito mode , or try on another phone/computer

 

and yes, the My Account site has some serious cache problem
