I had to resort to my old Samsung S3 until my current phone is fixed. Tried to insert my SIM Card, i do get texting and phone calls but no DATA internet. I have tried getting APN, etc So i am wondering if the old Samsung S3 is compatible with Public Mobile??

Did you save it , select it then go in and out of airplane mode?
If still not then change the mms proxy to 74.49.0.18 and the port to 80. Clear or choose defaults of everything below that. Then do the first sentence.

Hi @Danielle1964 Not sure S3, but I tried an S4 and it works, but it was slow. I think it is time to upgrade
But you got voice? so, you have PM 3G, and data should work. Did you try Reset All Networks?

@Danielle1964 Did you try resetting network settings . Give that a try if not

S3 is a bit old, but should work on PM's 3G network, especially you got text and voice, it means it is connected to PM network
Try to click Reset All Networks and see if it works after
If not, try to update the APN as follow:
