Is it safe to give out my eSIM number along with my phone number to a PM agent?

Have opened tickets before to get help with a PM agent but this is the first time the agent wanted my full name, address, phone number and eSIM number in order to identify my account. Should I be worried about giving my eSIM number out along with my phone number? Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Only give that information if the person is "CS_Agent"
