How the postman will know my apartment number to send the sim card? Because while I was paying he asked for just a postal code and I live in a building?

You could add apartment number as part of street name, I guess.
Otherwise pray postman knows your by name and knows your apartment #. Or will leave it somewhere beside boxes so check daily!
