I'm definitely having issues with the bot. I've tried it this morning and was starting to get quite irritated 😅
Tried again I don't feel it's leading me to the right direction. I did PM the CS agent and will see what happens.

Do you mean US add-on? If it is US add-on you could ask agent for refund and hope for the best (if you politely explain your situation/mistake).

I believe it is possible, please open ticket with PM Support
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this Chatbot Ticket Link
Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
