How do i find out if iphone is compatible with public mobility

Would it not be dependant on the 3G, 4G or 5G network.  From what I understand a 4S and up will work on PM.

On the Public Mobile page for volte it says iPhone 8 and above (ios16 and above) is compatible for volte so I would guess that means you can go back at least as far as iPhone 8 for general compatibility also.

If you want to be 100% sure, and you know someone with public mobile, pop their SIM card into the iPhone and see if services work.

While you’re at it, ask for their referral code for you to use on the activation, and you’ll each benefit a little bit.  😉

HI @Ishoman   iPhone is very universal, yours should work here.  What iPhone you have?

@Ishoman  If it’s a iPhone XS or later it should be good anything before that will not be compatible 

Adding sorry I thought you were asking about eSIM compatibility. Then my above response is true . You can definitely go as far back as iPhone 7 to use with PM I know for sure as I have iPhone 7 now on PM

@Ishoman   basicaly all iPhone are compatible with PM.   Only exception is the first gen. or so
