I have an issue with one of my Community accounts that I need CSA help. Chat Bot is 404And @CS_Agent or one of my other @Meme won't stick in the private messages. And yes I do have private messages turned on. Any one else getting the same?

I Just ported a number in …NO issues. Had a problem with the number registering on iMessage and FaceTime that was NOT a PM issue. They helped me with it though as did Apple.
