Need invoices for both of my cell phones like every month. How do I proceed I see changes have been made

@effigi if your checking account provides you a Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit, the YES, you can add the Visa Debit or MC debit onto your My Account for payment

Good morning, question can I pay through my checking account or through debit card? Right now paying with credit card. What are the options please? And how do I proceed.

@effigi  You can download your receipt through the My Account portal.  Log on, go to payments and payment history.  

Solved: Receipts are now self serve! - Community (publicmobile.ca)

@effigi did you try to download it yourself?  you can login to My account, go to Payment history page

https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history

On each transaction, you can download the invoice there.  Click on the Download Receipt link there

To Contact CSA-agent there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private messaging might take longer.
Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

@effigi  Correction sorry sign into self serve and on your overview page at the bottom of screen tap payment history and you can down load it yourself now no need for support
