Please note that members on this public Community forum are customers like you so we can’t access your account. We are here to help other members when they run into problems.

Noted by others members, only a CS_Agent can supply you with an official receipt for the 3 months.

For official PM invoices, talk to the agent.

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

If you need a formal invoice, you will need to contact customer service agent. It will take a couple of weeks to get an invoice generated.

 

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/chatbot.  Type: invoice.  Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
