Noted by others members, only a CS_Agent can supply you with an official receipt for the 3 months.

For official PM invoices, talk to the agent.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If you need a formal invoice, you will need to contact customer service agent. It will take a couple of weeks to get an invoice generated.
