Invalid voucher

I bought a top up voucher at irving this morning an when I enter the pin it says invalid voucher anyone have this problem an how do I activate it

 I guess from the same place, where you got it from ?  Has it been over 24 hours?

you can wait a bit and try the 2nd one again,  or you can open ticket with PM support here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@Dana69  Huh well that is strange indeed . You can always submit ticket with support and see if they can add it for you

I actually bought 2 voucher one of them was valid an was added to my account the other said invalid

@Dana69  You might have to wait 24 hours after you purchased the voucher to load it on your account . Not all vouchers are real time instant top ups and need to wait 24 hours after purchase
