To manage your payment method follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Public Mobile app or My Account
2. Go to the ‘Payments’ tab
3. Select ‘Manage Subscription’
4. Select ‘Manage Card Information’

You can either reach out to a CS Agent to remove it, or you can replace it with a different one, like a used prepaid credit card. But the thing is how do you plan on paying for your phone bill? Other option is to purchase vouchers every month or every fee months.

you cannot do it yourself, you will have to open ticket with support and ask them to remove it
