I was in the midst of activating and the webpage suddenly came up with a 404 error. My credit card was not billed nor did I get a message from my current carrier to confirm the porting of my number. So I started the process again. Now the SIM card comes up as invalid when I enter it. I cannot send a trouble ticket as I do not have an account. I have tried the trouble shooting suggestions from this forum: clearing cache/cookies, using incognito mode, different device. It has been 6 hours and I have tried multiple times. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Try activating again in a little while or tomorrow. Your sim might be locked after too many attempts, but it will eventually become unlocked. Always clear your cache and go incognito. Chrome or edge browser works well.
