I have been having an issue sending and receiving calls and invalid calls to businesses.
I have a Pixel 7 Pro and I have already tried contacting Google about this. They were able to temporally fix the problem by getting me to turn off the phone for 30 seconds and turning it back on, but it is still happening frequently.
Text and data is working fine, and I read in another post to try switching to 3G. That seems to have worked for now, but does switching to 3G mean something to help with diagnosing the problem? or does it just mean that I have to leave it on 3G? Would this be a Google issue or Public Mobile issue?

@SteveG1986 you have a Pixel 7 pro. It could be problem with VOLTE, either your account not enabled for that on PM side or you have not enabled on your device yet
Try
iPhone: Settings->Cellular->Cellular Data Options->Voice & Data, enable 4G or LTE there
if that does not work, open ticket with support and ask them to confirm if your account is VoLTE enabled yet
